About UHA

Ubud Hotels Association (UHA) is a non-profit, non-government organization whose regular membership primarily comprises hoteliers, with a category of allied members who actively serve the hospitality industry. UHA is committed to supporting the development of its member hotels and the wider tourism industry in Ubud and Gianyar Regency.
Ubud Hotels Association was founded in 2004 by Mr. Pande Sutawan, Mr. Paul Blake, Mr. Supandi, the late Mr. Ramiya, and Mr. Komang Kariyana.
UHA aims to encourage and support the sustainable growth of its member hotels through lobbying efforts, national and international linkages, marketing initiatives, and training and education opportunities.
UHA membership is available to hotels and hospitality properties that meet the organization's membership requirements.

UHA Membership

The current UHA membership fee is IDR 2,000,000 per year.
A property wishing to become a UHA member must have complete and valid business permits and licensing and must be compliant with its tax obligations.

Yes. UHA membership is registered by property, not by management company. If a management company manages multiple properties, each property must be registered individually as a UHA member.
Yes. UHA membership is renewed annually, with the membership year renewed on 1 April.
UHA members can access a range of opportunities, including regular workshops, seminars and training; networking with fellow hospitality professionals; support in sales, promotion and strategic partnerships; and opportunities for collaboration and industry advocacy.
Yes. UHA organizes and supports relevant and affordable workshops, seminars, and training opportunities for the tourism and hospitality industry.
Yes. One of UHA's missions is to organize, facilitate, and support productive sales, advertising, and marketing opportunities for members through cooperative advertising programs.
Yes. UHA works as a platform for collaboration and industry advocacy, including maintaining relationships with government ministries, non-government agencies, associations, and other stakeholders, as well as advocating for the accommodation sector.

UHA Community

UHA organizes activities including workshops, seminars, training opportunities, regular gatherings, networking sessions, industry discussions, marketing initiatives, and other programs designed to encourage collaboration and professional development within the hospitality community.
UHA Gathering is a regular community platform that brings UHA members together to connect, exchange knowledge and experiences, discuss industry developments, and strengthen professional relationships across the Ubud hospitality community.
UHA activities are designed for members of the hospitality community, including General Managers, department heads, Sales & Marketing professionals, Human Resources leaders, operational teams, business owners, and other relevant stakeholders.

All information and registration for UHA events are available through the UHA Dashboard System. UHA members can access event information and registration through their dashboard.
Most UHA events are exclusively available to UHA members.
